Pursuant to State of California Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20, members of the North Delta Water Agency (NDWA) Board of Directors (Board) and members of the public will participate remotely in this meeting electronically by teleconference, as described below. A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: EXISTING AND ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (three cases)
Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9, the Board will meet in Closed Session with legal counsel to discuss the following items:
i. Litigation regarding WaterFix Environmental Impact Report under CEQA. (Gov. Code 54956.9(d)(1)).
ii. Litigation regarding Coordinated Operations Agreement Addendum (Gov. Code 54956.9(d)(1)).
iii. Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9.
