    • SWRCB Hearing on Petition for Water Rights Permits for the Delta Conveyance Project.
    • Arsenith v. 3M Company, Alameda Superior Court Case No. 24CV089313
  • PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT-Appointment of public employee pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)(1) (One Item).

4.Succession Planning

• Update on process to replace Manager.
• Discuss proposal to adopt Agency policy to provide health insurance benefits to retirees.
• ACTION: Consider approval of Administrative Services Agreement with MissionSquare Retirement to administer a 401(a) employee retirement plan.
